Zahava Media is a parental control and content filtering service that allows parents and guardians to manage YouTube video access for their household. The service includes the Zahava Media app, the Parent Portal, and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the service. The service is intended for use by parents and guardians to manage content access for their dependents.

Zahava Media uses the YouTube API Services. By using our service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Video content displayed within the app is provided by YouTube and is subject to YouTube's terms and policies.

While Zahava Media provides tools to filter and restrict content, no filtering system is perfect. We do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be blocked. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their dependents' media consumption.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Zahava Media application, website, branding, and all related materials are the property of Zahava Networks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zahava Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beit Shemesh, Israel.
