1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zahava Media ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a filtered YouTube viewing experience designed for families. Parents can configure allowed channels, set time limits, and manage viewing profiles for their children. The App uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve video content from YouTube.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account or email/password to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and parental passcode.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create and manage an account.

4. Parental Controls

The App provides parental control features including channel allowlists, safe search enforcement, and time limits. While we strive to provide effective filtering, no content filtering system is 100% accurate. Parents should monitor their children's usage and report any issues.

5. YouTube API Services

By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The App uses YouTube API Services. Your use of content delivered through them is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The App's access to the YouTube API is additionally governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent or disable the App's parental controls or safety features
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App's source code
• Abuse the YouTube API through the App beyond normal usage patterns

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zahava Networks is not liable for any content displayed through the YouTube API, or for any damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
